YSH-500 Horizontal Plus Structure Features:
Suitable for complex machining of box-type parts, it can automatically exchange worktables and tools during the machining process, allowing milling, drilling, reaming, boring, honing, tapping, and other processes on four faces in one setup.
Modern machine tool and control concepts, compact structural design ensure efficiency and high precision for single or small batch production requirements.
YSH-500 Horizontal Plus Machine Features:
Bed and Column
Base: Uses advanced finite element analysis software to reasonably optimize rib layout, ensuring strength and rigidity, and guaranteeing stability of precision.
Column: Adopts a herringbone frame structure with longitudinal and transverse ring ribs inside the cavity, providing high torsional and bending rigidity.
Spindle Box: Uses BBT direct connection spindle unit, equipped with automatic constant temperature circulation cooling device, resulting in low spindle temperature rise and minimal thermal deformation, maintaining high machining accuracy.
