YSHD-1250 Horizontal Machining Center Structural Features:
This product adopts an inverted T-type moving column horizontal machining center suitable for complex machining of box-type parts. It can perform milling, drilling, reaming, boring, and tapping on four faces in one setup, especially suitable for deep hole boring. The modern machine tool and control concept, along with compact structural design, ensure efficiency and high precision for single-piece or small to medium batch production.
YSHD-1250 Horizontal Machining Center Machine Features:
1. Bed and Column
● The machine tool indexing uses a scotch yoke and scotch rod connected by keys, ensuring reliable and stable connection.
● The machine is equipped with a reserved interface for a spiral chip conveyor and a cutting flushing device to automatically remove chips in time, avoiding thermal effects on the machine and ensuring high machining accuracy.
● Adopts internationally popular inverted T-type moving column and integral bed structure; optimized ribbing improves chip removal and enhances the guideway lubrication recovery system, increasing overall casting rigidity and appearance quality.
2. Spindle
● The spindle motor is standard with a high-torque wide-range motor, using a BBT50 spindle with an outer diameter of 190mm and high rigidity from Taiwan.
● The spindle nose has a unique labyrinth seal and labyrinth air blowing device to effectively protect the spindle.
● The spindle maximum speed can reach 6000 rpm, combining high rigidity and high precision.
3. Single Worktable
● Uses high-rigidity nickel-chromium alloy copper turbine, wear-resistant and durable, with high indexing stability.
● Dual strong locking devices with large locking surfaces, capable of withstanding heavy cutting.
● Uses three-piece high-precision clutch tooth positioning for high repeat positioning accuracy.
