YST-800 Drilling and Tapping Structural Features:

This machine tool is widely used for rapid drilling, tapping, and milling of small parts in 3C, sanitary ware, automotive and components, medical devices, etc.; it is also suitable for small molds and precision copper-level processing.

YST-800 Drilling and Tapping Machine Features:

1. Z-axis height: Z-axis effective travel is 410mm, distance from spindle nose to worktable surface is 150-560mm, allowing installation of a fourth axis without heightening and without affecting machine rigidity.

2. Large table: Worktable size is 1000x450mm, with large three-axis travel, capable of processing larger workpieces.

3. Linear scale: Optional Heidenhain or FAG linear scales with accuracy of ±5μm to ensure machine positioning precision.

4. Stable base: Shared V8 base with 1020mm span, high rigidity, and high precision bed.

Powerful motor:

Standard 20000rpm BT30 high-speed motor, power 5.5kW;

Optional 12000rpm high torque motor, power 7.5kW.

Fast speed:

Equipped with 21T servo tool magazine, tool change time 1.8s;

X/Y axis rapid traverse 60m/min, Z axis rapid traverse 48m/min.

Large spindle:

YSV800 equipped with BBT40, 150mm diameter, high rigidity.

Short nose spindle with five bearings and ring spray design.

High configuration:

German Rexroth linear guides, Guwan servo tool magazine,

Taiwan spindle.
