Description

The VT medium and large vertical lathe series is a medium and large composite machining equipment developed by MYD, suitable for large disc-type, box-type, valve body-type and other parts; it can meet one-time processing of multiple processes such as turning, milling, and grinding; covering a complete product system with worktable sizes from 01250 to 03500. It will become an excellent tool for large parts processing.

● Bed : HT300A high-strength dense cast iron casting, integral cast bed.

● B Axis : Torque motor direct drive technology + high-precision encoder, compact structure, with high rigidity, large torque, and high precision.

● Ram : High rigidity, high precision, high vibration absorption precision ram, achieving precise and durable cutting.

● Tool Spindle : Maximum speed 24000 rpm, maximum torque 340 Nm high-precision HSK turning, milling, and grinding electric spindle; optional locking mechanism, capable of turning function.

● Tool Magazine : Optional 8/16/32-position ATC umbrella-type tool magazine, fast tool change.

● Worktable : High torque high-precision direct drive torque rotary table (optional hydrostatic direct drive rotary table).
