Description

The surface grinder adopts a high-rigidity cast iron bed and precision roller guide rails to ensure long-term processing stability. The worktable is equipped with an automatic reciprocating system, supporting ±0.001mm level precision adjustment to meet the needs of high-precision flat and inclined surface grinding.

● This machine is suitable for processing multi-directional, convex, concave, curved, and other part surfaces.

● The machine has five CNC axes, including three linear axes X, Y, and Z, using linear guide rails and ball screw structures.

● The X-axis adopts a floating nut structure, equipped with a high-speed screw, featuring a novel design, advanced technology, sensitive feed, high processing accuracy, and capabilities for form grinding and surface grinding.

● The A-axis is a tilting axis, the B-axis is a rotary axis, and both are equipped with HEIDENHAIN encoders, providing high repeatability accuracy.
