● X, Y, Z, A(B), and C axes use full closed-loop control, equipped with absolute linear scales and rotary encoders.
● High-rigidity structure ensures maximum cutting performance, three linear axes and A(B) and C axes are equipped with large-inertia water-cooled servo motor drives, heavily preloaded roller linear guideways, high-precision ground ball screw direct drive, with X/Y/Z rapid traverse speeds up to 60m/min.
● High-speed chain tool magazine, standard 40 tool positions.
Structural Features
Bed Structure ● The machine adopts a wall-type longitudinal bed layout and vertical-horizontal milling head structure. The sturdy cast iron bed and wall-type column ensure high rigidity, high dynamic performance, and high stability of the machine, providing optimal vibration absorption during operation and machining; ● Large column and X-axis triple guideway design reduce the weight of moving parts, achieving high dynamic performance and stability with lower energy consumption; ● The CNC rotary table is located on the linear axis with strong load capacity. |
Drive Structure ● High-precision ball screw with built-in spindle center constant temperature cooling. ● XYZ axes are driven by Siemens 1FT7 series water-cooled servo motors, ensuring high dynamic precision and stability. ● The rotary table spindle has reserved air and oil circuit interfaces for easy implementation of automatic fixtures and functional expansion. |
Cooling System ● Standard external tool cooling system, coolant/gas cools the tool through adjustable nozzles at the front of the spindle head; ● Internal spray system arranged inside the machine for cooling and chip flushing; ● Optional internal tool cooling system available, requires paper band filter. |
Lubrication System ● Electric spindle: oil-air lubrication; ● Ball screw: centralized micro-lubrication; ● Roller linear guide: centralized micro-lubrication; ● B-axis drive system: long-life grease lubrication. ● CNC rotary table: long-life grease lubrication. |

Spindle
Equipped with German KESSLER high-precision electric spindle, using circulating constant temperature cooling, bearing quantitative oil-air lubrication, achieving high torque and high-speed operation. The spindle features orientation, center taper hole cleaning air blow, and air sealing functions. Optional tool center water supply, center air cooling, and thermal displacement compensation functions. HSK-A63 high-speed tool holder interface, standard 20000rpm, optional 15000rpm.
