Structural Features of YSM Series Machining Centers:

1. Square Ram

● Large size 500x500 heavy-duty design. Original size 460x460;

● Built-in direct connection design. Reduces power transmission loss from spindle motor to spindle.

2. Gantry Moving Nut Structure

● The X-axis uses a moving nut transmission method, with three-point support in the middle for more stable screw rotation accuracy, higher load capacity, good cutting vibration resistance, which improves machine tool dynamic characteristics, enhances precision stability and service life.

3. Base Structure

● Compared to double-rail design, rigidity increased by 50%;

● Compared to four-rail design, more symmetrical and evenly distributed, reducing power loss caused by multi-rail slider resistance;

● 3-meter wide worktable. Base linear guide 2.1 meters with 0.7 support span ratio.

4. Nitrogen Counterbalance

● Reduces motor load and screw bearing force, extending screw and motor service life,

● Increases Z-axis acceleration, ensuring machining accuracy.
