The GM-V series is a sub-micron vertical follow-up grinding machine, equipped with options such as high-speed high-torque direct-drive torque turntable, orthogonal B-axis, and non-orthogonal B-axis. It provides ultra-high precision multi-process machining solutions ranging from follow-up machining, turning-milling-grinding compound machining to multi-axis linkage machining.

● Bed : HT300A high-strength dense castings, integral cast bed.

● Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Spindle : High-precision, high-rigidity built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor spindle, spindle specifications A2-6, A2-8, A2-11, A2-15.

● B-Axis : Torque motor direct drive technology + high-precision encoder, compact structure, with high rigidity, large torque, and high precision.

● Powered Turret : Standard 12 stations, high-rigidity, high-torque output powered turret.

● Programmable Center Rest : Fully movable programmable, hydraulic self-centering center rest.

● Tool Spindle : Maximum speed 18,000 rpm, maximum torque 340 Nm high-precision HSK milling and grinding motor spindle; optional locking mechanism, capable of turning function.

● Tool Magazine : Large capacity chain-type tool magazine, options of 24/32/40/64/128 tools.
