YS-870 Engraving and Milling Machine Structural Features

This product can precisely process different materials: steel, copper, aluminum, graphite, glass, etc. It is widely used in industries such as precision molds, red copper electrodes, shoe mold manufacturing, watch and glasses product batch processing.

YS-870 Engraving and Milling Machine Optical Machine Features

1. A patented spindle box for engraving and milling machines

The inside of the spindle box body is a stepped hole; the electric spindle is installed inside the stepped hole and fixed on the spindle box body using a flange.

2. Worktable

Box-type structure integrally formed with ball screw nut.

3. Linear Scale

Optional Heidenhain or FAG linear scale, accuracy ±5μm, ensuring machine tool positioning accuracy.

4. Base

Multi-layer wall box-type structure, with iron chip rear discharge.

5. A door bridge triangular rib structure

Utility model door bridge triangular rib structure improves the dynamic and static rigidity of the machine tool and enhances machining accuracy.

6. Optional direct-coupled BBT40 spindle

Applicable configuration

Standard configuration includes servo tool magazine; HSK-E40 electric spindle; graphite-grade steel plate protective cover; laser tool setter; oil mist collection device, etc.

Stable accuracy

Full closed-loop linear scale, high positioning accuracy, effectively suppresses positioning errors caused by ball screw thermal expansion.

System stability

Equipped with German Siemens 828D system, stable and feature-rich.
