YSHD-630 Horizontal Machining Center Structural Features:
The machine tool adopts a T-shaped main structure with a fully movable column design, offering good rigidity. It is suitable for complex machining of box-type parts. During the machining process, it can automatically change tools and perform milling, drilling, reaming, boring, shaping, and tapping on four faces in a single setup. The modern machine tool and control concepts, along with a compact structural design, ensure high efficiency and high precision for single-piece or small to medium batch production requirements.
YSHD-630 Machine Structure Features:
1. Bed and Column
● The main body of the machine tool adopts an inverted T-shaped structure with a fully movable column design, providing good rigidity.
● The casting patterns use a combination of aluminum and wood, resin sand casting, and HT300 cast iron.
● Designed using finite element analysis software with optimized M-shaped rib layout to ensure strength and rigidity, making all components
● Performance indicators reach optimal levels, ensuring stability of precision.
2. Spindle
● Equipped with 6 high-rigidity bearings;
● 190mm outer diameter Taiwan original BBT50 spindle;
● The spindle end has a labyrinth air-blowing device to protect the spindle;
● The spindle is equipped with ring spray to improve machining quality, standard FANUC high-torque wide-range motor βilP30/8000, with stronger heavy cutting capability.
3. Dual Pallet/4-Axis Rotary Table
● The CNC rotary table uses high-rigidity nickel-chromium alloy copper turbine, wear-resistant and durable, with high indexing stability;
● Dual strong locking devices with extra-large locking surfaces, resistant to heavy cutting;
● Uses three-piece high-precision clutch tooth positioning, repeat positioning accuracy reaches 5".
