YSHD-1250 Horizontal Machining Center Structural Features:
This product adopts the internationally popular inverted T-type moving column horizontal machining center, suitable for complex machining of box-type parts. It can perform milling, drilling, boring, reaming, and tapping on four surfaces in one setup, especially suitable for deep hole boring. Modern machine tool and control concepts, compact structural design ensure high efficiency and high precision for single-piece or small to medium batch production.
YSHD-1250 Machine Structure Features:
1. Bed and Column
● The machine tool indexing single station uses a scotch yoke and scotch rod connected by keys, ensuring reliable and stable connection.
● The machine reserves an interface for a spiral chip conveyor, equipped with a cutting flushing device that can automatically discharge chips in time, avoiding thermal effects on the machine tool and ensuring high machining accuracy.
● Adopts internationally popular inverted moving column type, integral bed structure, with rational ribbing optimizing chip removal structure and improving guideway lubrication recovery system, enhancing casting overall rigidity and appearance quality.
2. Spindle
● The spindle motor is equipped with a high-torque wide-range motor as standard. Uses a BBT50 high-rigidity Taiwanese spindle with an outer diameter of 190mm.
● The spindle nose has a unique labyrinth seal and labyrinth air blowing device to effectively protect the spindle.
● The spindle maximum speed can reach 6000 rpm, combining high rigidity and high precision.
3. Single Worktable
● Uses high-rigidity nickel-chromium alloy copper turbine, wear-resistant and durable, with high indexing stability;
● Dual strong locking devices, with extra-large locking surface, resistant to heavy cutting;
● Uses three-piece high-precision clutch tooth positioning, with high repeat positioning accuracy.
